- Annuleren & No-show

Afspraken moeten minimaal 24 uur van tevoren worden afgezegd, bij annulering binnen 24 uur wordt 100% van de kosten in rekening gebracht.

Indien u meer dan 10 minuten te laat arriveert, wordt de afspraak geannuleerd en wordt 100% van de kosten in rekening gebracht. Pas na de betaling kan er een nieuwe afspraak worden gemaakt.

- Klachten

Klachten dienen binnen 5 dagen na de behandeling worden gemeld zodat we samen naar een gepaste oplossing kunnen kijken. Er wordt geen geld teruggegeven.

- Extensions van andere salon

Het opvullen van een set extensions van een andere salon wordt niet aangeboden. Dit zal eerst verwijderd moeten worden om vervolgens een nieuwe set te kunnen plaatsen.

- Gezondheidsinformatie

De klant is zelf verantwoordelijk voor het doorgeven van allergieën, oog/ huidproblemen of andere relevante informatie.

- Aansprakelijkheid

Le Belle Allure is niet aansprakelijk voor schade of allergische reacties die ontstaan wanneer deze informatie niet vooraf is gemeld of wanneer de nazorg adviezen niet worden opgevolgd.

- Andere behandeling dan geboekt

Wanneer tijdens de afspraak wordt gekozen voor een andere behandeling dan oorspronkelijk geboekt, geldt het tarief van de daadwerkelijk uitgevoerde behandeling.

- Tarieven

Le Belle Allure behoudt zich het recht voor om tarieven aan te passen.

- Weigeren behandeling

Le Belle Allure behoudt zich het recht voor om een behandeling te weigeren bij slechte hygiëne, besmettelijke aandoeningen of contra-indicaties.

- Resultaat & garantie

Op alle behandelingen geldt een correctietermijn van 5 dagen vanaf de behandelingsdatum. Binnen deze periode kan, indien nodig, een eenmalige kosteloze correctie worden uitgevoerd.

De garantie vervalt indien:

- De klant zelf aanpassingen heeft gedaan - Het nazorgadvies niet is opgevolgd - Er producten zijn gebruikt die het resultaat beïnvloeden - De behandeling elders is bijgewerkt of verwijderd - Begeleiding
