This was a very special experience! Paula's Fire treatment and music really transported me to another world. During the healing I felt so relaxed and the massage was wonderful! She really knows how to create space to fully let go. Will definitely go again!

The treatment at 5 Elements Healing Journey was a gift from my very dear friend, who believed that this is what I needed at that very moment. Having been a very down to earth person, I shown up at the practice with a very skeptical attitude. Paula was as surprising as the effects of her treatment! It felt like coming home and her very personal yet professional approach to the customer made me feel safe and relaxed. Definitely worth another visit! Thank you!

The 5 elements healing journey left me feeling rejuvenated and aligned. Paula understands her clients' needs on a body-mind- spirit level by asking the right questions. The combination of massage with aromatherapy cleared my energy and relaxed me to the fullest. Highly recommended!
