Gellak- hands treatment does not clarify if it includes removal of old gellak or not. For this type of treatment there is no option provided to choose Gellak with removal, which usually is offered by most nail saloons. While booking I add a question for the saloon, but never got a reply. At the day of the treatment the employee confirmed the treatment I had chosen and when I said that I would need removal of the old gellak she said ok. In the end, I was charged 9 Eur for the removal!
