Bindu was nice but we didnt discuss what I wanted before my hair was washed - she hadn’t seen my hair texture or style before the cut. Seeing as I only wanted a trim, she was then cutting my hair quite blindly and I didn’t really get what I wanted.
Bindu gave me a blow dry without asking (I found it very rough, didn’t want it) then said they should charge me for it but on this occasion wouldn’t!
The assistant who washed my hair was very friendly and they did accommodate me arriving 25mins early

Do not let therapie ambiance fool you! I had a premium keratin treatment and I love the result. Ambika and Rudy are wonderful, experienced and skillful professionals!
