A long wait of 40 minutes despite the booking. Haven’t received any apologies or explanation until I asked myself for clarity. If you’re short on staff just let the customers know so we can do other things than wait there for 40 minutes. I didn’t see the tools being cleaned properly after customers as it everything was rushed. The quality of work isn’t great. Now on the second day Im seeing dark spots on my nails that have appeared suddenly. In overall, wouldn’t recommend the place

The service was fast and efficient as they promise- I had my nails done in record time with a good enough finishing. If you can book in advance, you will find better quality for the same price. They were super cheerful and the Chinese conversation was on for the 30 minutes I was there - non-stop. I can only think they were having a good time and the story was probably one of a kind! lol
