The nails look great, but the customer experience is pretty poor. Very rushed, I felt like I was constantly being hurried and asked to pick a nail colour without any hands to look through the charts. This salon definitely doesn’t care about the health of your nails either, they love that mad electric nail file and will use it as much as humanly possible in order to speed up the appointment. If you flinch you will get “tsked” at 😂

First time at this salon. They didn't help me until 40 mins after my scheduled time. The result was pretty but lasted for 5 days. I've done gel for the past 2 years and it always lasts 3-4 weeks. Very disappointing.
