Went for a test patch for electrolysis today. I have darker skin, so I had some questions regarding hyperpigmentation. Anna was so lovely, answering all my questions and explaining everything. In summary, I found Anna to be experienced, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Will definitely come back!

I had my first treatment. Pain is manageable (without anesthetic). I appreciated that everything is super clean and Anna is very professional in her after care advice
