I'm Bárbara, a massage therapist trained in India, Chile and the Netherlands, with a background in occupational therapy and life coaching. My way of working is slow, mindful and attentive. As a highly sensitive person, I'm very aware of the subtle signals of the body: where tension is held, where more pressure is needed and where more gentleness is. Rather than following a fixed routine, I adapt each session to what you need that day, whether that's releasing tension, calming your nervous system or simply resting. Some of my treatments also include Reiki, and I offer coaching sessions too. Feel free to ask me about them. My wish is simple: that you leave feeling lighter, calmer and more connected with yourself.
