The nail work was great as always, and the result met expectations. However what's not great is getting "surprise" upsell charges after you have prepaid for a full solar/acrylic set with color. I specifically declined removal with the foil and acetone since they need to cut and buffer the base of your nails anyway before applying new material but i guess that message was not received.

I had a very good first time here with Sam and this appointment was supposed to be with her, but unfortunately she wasn’t available anymore last minute. Therefore I had Lee and hé was a bit hard handed, he cut my cuticles a bit to deep and one of my fingers kept on bleeding through the day. In the moment I’d let him know it hurt me and he saw the blood coming out but did not apologize or whatever. Just continued, this was not very client friendly. Other than that he did a good job on my nails
