I had booked my appointment on Sunday for my nails with Anni. I paid online an amount of 75 euros for acrylic nails and I was expecting her as I had booked an appointment. I got to the salon at 10.00 when I had the appointment and it was closed. Waited for 10 minutes and then Anni called saying she cannot come and that she will send another person. After all the other lady did a fine job but still it is not professional to not to come if a customer has booked an appointment with a certain person
