I was invited to my appointment 40 minutes late.
The pedicure itself was done very unprofessionally. I had to ask the technician for the tools and push back and trim my cuticles myself (!) because her work left lots of splinters and just an uncared for look overall. The gel she applied was very uneven and bumpy.
I also couldn’t figure out how to add the gel removal option, but I was willing to pay extra in the salon. Sadly I was charged twice as much as their online price list states.

The overall experience was amazing - from the minute I walked through the door and out of it. The girls in the salon were very kind and caring - offering me a variety of beverages as well as asking if I needed something. The pedicure of Oana was more than perfect! I will be definitely coming back! :)

Great service, great ladies, coffee and chocolate! However, I believe they use the same wax for every lady? That is not very hygienic. And the wax jar doesn't look very clean. Maybe you can pay some attention to that. Furthermore I enjoyed the company of Sjaneyka and she was really really nice! She made me feel comfortable.
