I have been to Bare and Beautiful several times for waxing. This is the worst experience I had. The staff did not say anything during the process which made it quite awkward. I tried to start with some topics but it just ended very soon. She never told me when she was going to peel off the wax, well at least let me know so I can breath in and out to reduce the pain. Moreover, I have told her several times that the wax was too hot, she tried another wax and said 'This is the lowest temperature, I can't make it lower'. Ok, I understand but it would be better if she could wait a bit instead of keep on putting super hot wax on my skin. As I said, I have done waxing a few times in this beauty salon so I know the temperature of the wax and I never had such a painful feeling before, as if my skin was burning. Probably different staff do it in different ways. If I would go back for waxing next time, I would definitely choose the same employee I had before (Aliia), she did it way better. (Unfortunately she wasn't available for two weeks and there was only one employee available at my timeslot)

Overall the treatment was fine, but the wax has irritated my skin very badly. I had a wax before at a different salon and there after I didn’t have any complains but now is red and irritated
