The salon is relatively new. Starting with the good points: manicure nice and looks clean so the result is relatively ok. On the improvement points: everything else was wrong, very unprofessional staff, talking loud and walking in and out in a chaotic way. The music was loud and not relaxing, the salon is filthy even though still new which means that no proper cleaning is performed let alone the materials. Such a pity that the relatively good manicure is ruined by the Customer experience.

De salon zelf is wel schoon en het team is aardig, helaas werden mijn nagels niet geknipt en niet gelakt (terwijl dat wel bij de beschrijving vd behandeling staat). Toen ik erom vroeg werd gezegd dat het exclusief lakken is…
