This was the second time I went to Beauty by Megan to get a CND Shellac manicure. The salon is clean and welcoming and the products used are top-notch. This time Megan did my manicure and it turned out perfectly - 100% professional look, nothing I would change. The only slightly uncomfortable part of my experience was the fact that I had initially booked an appointment with another person and I wasn't told why that person couldn't attend to me - someone else simply took her spot. I would have preferred being told in advance that my choice wouldn't be available.

The service itself is good. However, they should definitely avoid correct/criticize the work/technique of the employees in front of the clients! The experience was embarassing, everybody around immediately turned the eyes to me and the beautician, the atmosphere became tense... Something completely unnecessary!
