Manicure gehad, nagels zijn niet overal gelijk gelakt kwam ik thuis pas achter. Personeel praatte telkens in hun eigen taal. En de vrouw die mij hielp leek er totaal geen zin in te hebben, ze zat telkens overdreven hard te zuchten.

I booked this appointment last minute as I needed to get a manicure for that evening. Having last minute appointments available probably already tells everything you need to know: not the best place to go. The girl doing the manicure was nice but even after telling her 3 times that I had sensitive cuticles which should not be cut, she still continued to cut a lot of the skin...which resulted in them being red and hurting the next day still. Already the day after the treatment, shellac was chipped on 2 nails. After one week 5 nails are already chipped. Definitely not what I am used to from other places where it stays on perfectly up to 3 weeks! Even though the salon is nice, the atmosphere is disturbed by the owner yelling through the salon at her staff and even at guests, when entering, asking from the back of the room if I had an appointment, while one of her staff was standing at the reception desk where I was heading anyways. All in all not a pleasant experience, definitely not returning, even if I have a last minute nail emergency
