It was very nice to meet you and thank you so much for your time. I do wish you were communicating a bit more, everything felt very rushed. My eyes hurt for a long time and I wasn’t sure myself what to do. I felt a bit weird when you dropped as well the hot wax on my face. I was afraid it would get on my lashes or that I got burnt a bit. I understand as well that I should’ve read it better about the eyebrow cleaning, but I think you should change something on the website to make it more clear. I really thought it was only cleaning eyebrow and you gave me the option how to clean with pincet or waxing. So, it’s always better to communicate by double checking. Thank you for not charging me extra for it, I appreciate it
