It was not Erik who did it, they always have only one person. Itโs always late and do not inform before. They also donโt treat you with respect and our always rude to customers. During my friends appointment, my friends nails were bleeding as they cut it twice while removing the nails but did not even apologise.

I went for a simple nail removal of my acrylic set. I booked my appointment for 18:30 but was only attended to at 19:10. Only one person was working on the nails and 4 of us were waiting. When they attended to me, they seemed like in such a hurry and because of that the machine to remove the nail injured two of my fingers. One of the fingers won't stop bleeding below the nails and sadly they did not even apologize. Paying 20 euros only to get injured in their hurry was not a pleasant experience

Gel manicure was helemaal perfect. Ze hebben super veel kleuren om uit te kiezen en mโn nagels zijn met veel zorg gedaan! De pedicure was ook goed maar ze hadden iets meer aandacht kunnen besteden aan het verwijderen van eelt.
