Adam is the best, from relaxation to sportsmassage, he does it all. Also just a lovely guy who really cares about your wellness and loves a chat, or some quiet, however you want it. I hope he still has time for me since the salon will soon be fully booked!

Adam is, quite simply, the best masseur I've ever had the privilege to be treated by. He is thorough, finding the deep knots in my muscles and working hard to to bring me relief from the stress. He is imaginative and creative in his routines so I always feel he's adapting and expanding his technique.
As well as physical expertise, Adam brings a sense of deep connection, a wholistic commitment to the treatment. He's charming, professional and it's a delight to spend time on his table. Book him!

Adam has an uncanny talent for finding the knots in your muscles and kneading them into submission. He has relieved my tight aching shoulders, back and legs on several occasions. He is clearly very skilled and knowledgeable about the human body and how it works. He also gives great advice for exercises to recover from and avoid injury. I always feel much better after seeing Adam.

Adam is amazing!! Simply put. In his yoga and calisthenic classes he challenged me in great ways. He made me push through my limits in terms of strength, endurance and flexibility. Adam’s also motivating, energetic, creative and fun!
