I had such a good experience at BRUSH. The session started with an extremely conscientious consult. Bryan had amazing intuition about how hair color harmonizes with skin and eye color, and I trusted him immediately. The session doubled as a Dutch lesson, which I, as an international student here learning Dutch, found very kind and helpful! 100% recommend!

The Brush employees were so friendly and helpful! They were able to fit in four of us to get blow-outs and make-up. The volume on my hair was great, and Cheyenne perfectly matched make-up with skin tones.

I booked an appointment with a “curl specialist,” but unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations.
First, the stylist arrived late and did not acknowledge or apologise for the delay.
During the service, my hair was cut without showing me the shape or result before proceeding to wash and apply treatment. I was not given the opportunity to review the cut or request adjustments.
The styling was also disappointing. My curls were not styled properly, and despite explaining that certain areas require extra attention to form correctly, a brush was used instead. When I pointed out the lack of definition, I was told the hair would need to be re-wet, which was not a practical solution at that stage.
At the end, a 15% discount was offered, which I appreciated. However, I was unexpectedly charged an additional €25 for extra product (three additional pumps of cream), which had not been communicated or approved beforehand.
Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, communication, and technical care for curly hair. I would have preferred to leave a more positive review, but based on this visit, I cannot recommend the service.

Bryan was extremely helpful and professional and solved my tape extension problem with very good advice and matched my color perfectly and I was lucky to have my matching color at stock. High recommendations!
