They just erased my appointment 1 hour before it, For no reasons apparently and did not even contact me personally to reschedule when it is best for me, only through Treatwell. Not satisfy about this at all.

After being to several salons, I was rather dissappointed wrt waxing procedures here. Lika appeared to be NOT one of the most expensive ones, while the quality is extremely good. By the quality I mean not only proper wax (not stripes etc.), clean towels and neat area; but also very friendly, attentive and careful personnel. With these kind of procedures it is very important. I have had several visits already and I am not going to try any other salon in Eindhoven. Moreover, in most of the cases I had to wait for very long before getting the treatment, despite the fact that the appointment was booked well in advance. At Lika I was always "served" straight away; had to wait only once (like 10 minutes while drinking coffee - definitely not a big deal for me). As for the waxing procedure, I totally suggest this place.
