Facial started late which is totally understandable because it was pre-holiday season and busy, but as soon as I entered the room I noticed how dirty it was. There were strands of hairs from previous customers and I noticed dried snot stuck to the towel/blanket. Although I booked the ProSkin60, the treatment lasted well beforehand - I think it took around 45min. The lady was very nice but I felt very uncomfortable and also not comfortable to express my dissatisfaction. I wouldn’t go back.

I went in for threading and a facial I went in for threading and a facial with Ilana, and she was warm and very experienced. The salon is clean and well‑organised, and the whole team is just as welcoming and helpful, creating a relaxing yet efficient experience. Definitely recommend.

Made an appointment, but waited 40 minutes before being washed. Then had to wait another 10 minutes while the hairdresser was chatting with the leaving customer at the door. Apparently the wait was "because it is Christmas". It seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, and the result is so bad I'll go to another barber to get it fixed. Please don't come here.
