Dear Clinic Management / Customer Service Team,
I am writing to share some feedback regarding my first PRP hair treatment session at your clinic last Wednesday. While I am generally positive about the treatment itself, I had a highly distressing experience during the blood collection process that I feel necessary to report.
The nurse who attended to me struggled to draw blood from my left arm. Instead of withdrawing the needle and trying a different spot, she kept moving the needle around inside my vein (fishing) for quite some time. This was extremely painful and uncomfortable. She eventually had to give up and switch to my right arm to successfully draw the blood.
Now, exactly a week later, my left arm still has a massive, dark bruise and remains painful to the touch. I have attached a photo of my arm to this email/form for your reference.
Since I have purchased a package of three PRP sessions and still have two remaining, this experience has left me quite anxious about my upcoming appointments. I want to continue my treatment with peace of mind. Therefore, I would like to kindly request an assurance from your side: could you please ensure that a highly experienced senior nurse (or phlebotomist) is assigned to handle my blood draws for my remaining two sessions?
