Im not happy with the way they are handling clients, it's been third time they just cancel appointment on the same day, not even in advance, 2 times she called sick 1 time she traveled and last time they just changed the master without asking me, this is not how you treat your client , who is loyal to you and book with you a month in advance!

I had a great manicure session with Katherine. She was very welcoming, offered me coffee/tea the moment I entered the salon. I told her what kind of manicure I wanted and straight away she came up with couple very good options for nail design/color. I chose one of the options and was left very happy with how it turned out. I also had a very pleasant chat with Katherine during the treatment. In the end my nails looked beautiful and I was leaving with a smile on my face. Will for sure come back!

Quality: Since I moved to Amsterdam in 2018, Katherine has managed to provide one of the best services I have experienced so far. Excellent manicure and attention to the guest’s requests/details.

Overall impression: So much better than Lakwerk or any other extremely expensive hyped nail studios. Highly recommend!
