I had a great experience. My technician was so precise, I cannot believe the detail and effort was put into every single nail! I love the nail art which I took from an online example and she did it effortless and beautifully. Never been happier with my nails! My tech made sure I was comfortable, excused herself for lack of English and did her best to make chit chat with me despite the language barrier, we laughed about Dutch words, perfect (L)(L)!

Angie is incredible master! Her pedicure and manicure are the best that I have experienced in Amsterdam in 7 years. She does amazing job, high-quality, spot on manicure and pedicure. She has a great eye for the details, and really cares about the final result. She is also sweet and kind, I recommend her with all my heart 💜

The master was very nice, atmosphere in the place is also pleasant. Unfortunately I didn’t like the quality of the provided service, it took overall 3,5 hours to complete procedures instead of 2,5, but I was ready for inconvenience like this. What I wasn’t ready for is for both of my big thumbs to be cut, for biab to start peeling in a week and for all the used equipment to be concerning in terms of cleanliness.

What a terrible experience. There is no warm welcome. No hygiëne. No communication and I tried to connect in English multiple times. I've visisted the salon in West on Friday. The Biab is already coming of 3 days later today on Monday. The Russian manicure including BIAB treatment was painfull. Waist of money! Don't go!
