Had hoped that this would be a place to stick to in Amsterdam, but the last experience proved it was the worst. After only 5 days the polish started coming off of all nails. Reached out to the salon immediately as the salon advertises the 7 day guarantee. They asked me to share the pictures - I got a response that they will fix it. This was the last time I heard from them even after multiple follow ups from my end. Spent time, funds and eventually have broken nails under the polish. Never again.

Can’t believe when I arrived at the salon and no one was there although I had an appointment (which was also confirmed one day before). I waited 30mins and also tried to reach the salon and also Treatwell. No one was reachable. Wasted my valuable time on waiting. So rude and unprofessional.

Great place in a quiet street. Clean, cozy studio with friendly personele. Loved my manicure + gel. Fast and attentive, Iulia really did a great job. 100% recommend
