Arica is friendly, helpful and listens to your concerns and walks you through everything she does. She does an amazing cut, and I've had a lot of bad experiences with that, so I was happy to find someone who knows what they're doing. She also does a great balayage. Perfectly blended! I was only a little disappointed in wasn't as light as I had hoped but it is not Africa's fault, it was the color of my natural hair and the style I wanted that prevented this. Would recommend Arica to anyone!
