Quite possibly the best haircut I've ever gotten for my curly hair! And I have been to specialist curly hair salons in the past.
Georgia (i hope i got her name right) was unbelievably skilled and her attention to detail was second to none. Felt so well looked after and pampered.
This is definitely my new go to salon. Everyone here was so friendly too. The vibes are 10/10.
I’ve been to quite a few hairdressers in my life, but this was by far my best experience so far. Everyone was genuinely friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. They really took the time to listen to my wishes and gave thoughtful, honest advice on hairstyle choices, along with clear and useful care routines for at home.
What stood out to me most was how sincere their kindness felt. Often, friendliness comes with the expectation of leaving a review, but here it was simply natural and caring, without any prompt. That actually made me even more motivated to write this review.
Truly the best experience I’ve had, and I will definitely be coming back.
I came in for a color and showed them 2 pictures (first two below). They did a semi-permanent color that ended up nothing at all like the picture. Instead of a light brown with warm red it ended up almost black, with a cold red toward the bottom half, for which they charged me €200. I was quite in shock, and when I complained and asked them to fix it, they sent me home with a detox shampoo and told me the color would come out after 3x30 min washes. It did not. The third picture is my hair AFTER all the detox, still nothing like my original color, it had only faded from almost black to a very dark brown. I had to go to another salon to fix the problem (which cost me another €120) but they were able to explain what likely had happened: the salon had failed to consider the quality of my hair - I have quite fine, Scandinavian hair, which had previously been lightened (which I had told them), so they had massively over-colored the hair, and had not bothered to check during the coloring, or tested in advance. Had they been a regular hair dresser, that would have been one thing, but this is a COLOR lounge, so specialize in this, so in retrospect this is really unprofessional.

I went in looking for a change. Not just my hair, but a bit of a reset. I’ve been in a slightly weird phase lately and honestly feeling a bit low, and somehow they just got it.
My natural base is very dark and I wanted a balayage. I showed them a couple of photos and they understood exactly what I meant. No overpromising, just clear advice and good taste. The result feels natural, soft and really “me”, just fresher.
The whole vibe of the place is great. Nice music, warm lighting, very relaxed. And they are genuinely kind people. You can tell they care, not just about the result but about how you feel while you’re there.
They use Davines products which smell amazing and feel really good, and I like that they’re sustainable too.
I walked out feeling much lighter, not just because of the hair. It gave me a bit of the boost I needed.
Really recommend this place if you want someone who listens and actually gets it.
