I had the pedi with the heel work - it was done in 3 minutes after 10 seconds of soaking and when I got home realized that most of the hard part was not removed. I had pedicure there before - so far the worst experience. The nail polish was fine - although I was left alone « to dry » for like 15-20 minutes without communication.

Hygiene is not up to par. Nails from previous clients where laying on the floor. The shop is in need for some TLC.
