The hygiene was unacceptable. the nail drill bits were not disinfected between clients, and there were clipped nails on the floor. My BIAB infill was done without the proper materials for the design I booked, and the technician spent a lot of time searching for tools. I ended up getting plain gel polish, but the salon refused to refund the design fee, so I had to contact Treatwell. One hour is simply not enough for a BIAB infill if quality is expected. Not recommended!
The guy was really fast with my nails. BUT after a few days, the nail polish came off and my nails broke. I have never had this happen before, and I have been getting my nails done for many years.
Before writing this review, I contacted the company. They took a long time to respond, it takes a week to get a new appointment, and now after a week it’s apparently not free to repair! Unbelievable. Don’t go here.

Good pedicure for this pricepoint. The colour i wanted was out of stock tho! But luckily they a big offering i could go with my 2nd choice.
