The service was great. This was my first time doing a facial but I did not feel nervous nor overwhelmed as the aesthetician explained every process that was happening/going to happen. The actual treatment itself was very relaxing and not uncomfortable whatsoever. Overall, it was a great experience, and I recommend this beauty salon!

Firstly, the salon and staff were lovely. When booking it wasn’t so clear that nail polish colour wasn’t included. Hannah remedied this quickly and found a colleague to complete the manicure for me. I was disappointed that a €31.50 manicure only included a file and cuticle clean up. No soak or clear nail polish to finish it off and paid an extra €9.50 to get my nails painted. I expected a little more for a €41 manicure.
