The service is fast, but it is also rushed and of mediocre quality. I paid 5€ for normal polish removal and it was done so unprofessionally that I was left with my old polish all over my fingers and the new one on top. Unbelievable. Filling and shaping was good. Colouring was not good, the edges of my nails were poorly coloured leaving a brighter tint. I complained and was gaslighted. The solution offered was to file my nails further so the whiter part doesn’t show! Not coming back !

I had chosen this studio because they still work with CND shellac.
Although the manicure looks absolutely OK I won‘t return to this studio:
- they remove the polish / do the cuticles with one of these machines, which I personally do not like
- but most of all the studio was not clean (fingernails lying around at the workplace, they are using the same instruments/files for all the clients, towels seemed also not clean etc) and the therapist was just doing the job mechanically.
