Appointment was 20 minutes late and then mid way through removal of my shellac, which is a messy process, the manager ordered very loudly that the nail technician stopped with my treatment and moved me to the waiting area to attend another customer. I said politely I was already running late and the manager proceeded to argue with me that the other lady was first. Terrible customer service. Made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I won't be back. Also change your filfy hand rest cushions.

The atmosphere of the salon and the staff are very nice. The manicure was properly executed but the nail polish were not good, not sure why as I often use CND. First the lady applied a colour that was looking really strange, proposed to change it. Now after 2 days I have bubbles on the nail which never happened to me before. A shame as I enjoyed the therapists and the manicure itself but my nails don’t look great with these bubbles...
