Alessandro was super! He helped me providing some consultancy on how to shape my hair and beard, discussing it together before the action. The treatment was nice, clean, different tools were used (including a hot wet towel for the beard trimming) and I felt the treatment was properly done (no rush, appropriate attentions given). Alessandro and his colleagues did wear the face mask at all times (and so did I, besides when trimming the beard). I will definitely go back and recommend this place!
