The service of this barber are excellent.
The only things that I would suggest changing generally speaking are:
They advertise the job as: wash and haircut
->This is what I always choose however they never wash my hair. They should either remove this option or honour it.
The second advice would be making sure they sterilise/clean their equipment after a haircut to avoid transmitting any serious illness.
