They don’t use soak-off to remove gel polish and instead just file off the top layer and most of the color, leaving the base layer in random pieces with streaks of color so I left without actual removal. Also filed the nails way too short and painful

I had a wonderful manicure experience! The manicure specialist Irina was very professional, attentive, and did an excellent job. The service was friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was great. Highly recommend!

Three visits were enough to lose trust in this salon’s pricing. I booked a €100 haircut but was charged €150 after the service without warning. For my €175 Extra Long colour, the stylist said it should cost more as soon as I sat down; I avoided extra charges only because I had prepaid. For my next roots, both stylist and administrator confirmed €105, then changed it to €135 one day before. No clear criteria for length/thickness. Completely unprofessional and non-transparent.
