This was a wonderful massage - a much-needed combination of relaxation and healing. Having explained to Silvia my neck and shoulder issues, I asked her to give me whichever massage treatment she thought appropriate. She started with a relaxation massage and then moved on to my neck and shoulders with a thorough combination of sports massage and acupressure, before finishing with a further relaxation massage. My neck and shoulders have felt much less tense since. I would highly recommend Silvia!

She takes her time to explain how she can help you.
Her style is different than any other sessions I've tried before and I noticed an improvement in my body right away.
