I work with a massage technique based on fascia release that focuses on applying sustained, gentle pressure to break up adhesions in the tissue, which helps relieve tension, boost blood circulation and allow the tissue to repair itself. This is ideal if you struggle with tension that has build up over time from working a high stress, office job behind a computer, or from picking up and carrying little humans on a daily basis.
When it gets to skin health, my philosophy is simple - repair, protect and maintain the health of your skin's barrier and allowing it to go through its natural processes.
