I really enjoyed my first time at Equilibrium. The place is very peaceful and Kasia’s energy & practice were really outstanding. Highly recommended and will definitely come back :)

Wow is all I can say about my very first Ayurveda massage and Jenn my therapist has such healing hands!
Truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had!
I get massages often and this one is very special, holistic, healing the mind, body and soul.
I floated out of this peaceful session and space, so grateful to have found my new favourite massage spot.

Hot stones with Jason was great and he even added dynamic cups to further assist in fascia releasing.
I appreciated the self care tips and tea afterwards. Jason is very knowledgeable with the human body and gives stretching tips to best support you to find balance again.
