Kasia is the best massage therapist that I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable, talented and friendly. She understands my needs very week and always adjusts her approach according to how she can support me the best. She creates an extremely pleasant environment which not only supports physical wellbeing but many times also helps my mental state. My body was sore for almost 3 days after massage. The masseuse didn’t pay attention to the complaint and showed zero empathy.

I booked the massage Sunday morning for 8pm. I got an email from Treatwell telling me it had been rescheduled to 7pm later that day. I could not make that time and did not agree to that time. Treatwell have not responded to me and I sent THREE emails to the beauty salon on the day explaining I did not agree to this change and got NO REPLIES. One day later, still no replies but I have been charged. They’ve taken my money - complete scammers
