Perfect and quick gel polish treatment

I forgot to remove my regular nailpolish beforehand and figured they would just wipe it off with some nail polish remover. Instead they did the full removal with filing and charged me €11. This took significant time out of the procedure. As I booked the spa pedicure with gel polish as extra, I expected more of a spa treatment rather than the majority being spent on filing and preparing nails for gel polish. There was minimal communication so problem areas or treatment needs weren’t discussed.
