Vriendelijke, persoonlijke benadering. Ik kreeg gelijk wat te drinken aangeboden nadat de kapper mijn jas aannam. Er werd met mij meegedacht over wat ik in de toekomst met mijn haar wilde en ik voelde me op mijn gemak.

It was horrible. My appointment was from 2:15 to 3:00.
Fidel made me wait for 20 minutes when I told him I have to leave by 3:00 he came to me and said that he doesn't like to hurry (he was working on bleaching another clients hair). Then when I told him he should have called/messaged to cancel he said that one of his assistants can cut my hair (I am not going to trust anyone with my hair). Fidel then told one of his assistants to wash my hair (and she didn't use conditioner even after I asked her to because my hair is very dry). When I asked her why she didn't put any she said that he told her to put only shampoo :/ I have never before had to tell someone to add conditioner to my hair!
After that Fidel quickly cut my hair (less than 10 minutes) and he didn't even ask me what I wanted or how I could make it better. I was not comfortable at all. He when back to bleaching his previous clients hair without styling my hair and told one of his assistants to do it. I looked like a lion after he styled my hair and I almost started crying when I saw myself. I told Fidel that this is the worst haircut experience I have had and he had the audacity to tell me - his customer that I ruined his day. If you want to go to him please make sure you've blocked an entire day for it and that you expect the unexpected. Otherwise stay away!
