Anna is a professional, she worked neatly and gently with my nails and she was also flexible with the appointment, adding additional treatment to the original appointment. I would definitely recommend Anna.

Last Monday 29/8/2022 I made an appointment for a French manicure at 10.30. When I arrived there to my surprise there was no one that could do a French manicure, so being left without a choice I had to do a normal colour gellak. After 3-4 days it started to come off and on sept 5 I made another appointment to remove it. After removing the gellak, my nails have strange marks now which I never had before. I sent already an email and phot to Ginzz to ask for an explanation and got no answer back

I wanted to cut off the ends of my hair and thought we agreed on that, but the after the appointment the hair was much, much shorter than we discussed. 3 years of healthy hair growth - gone. Additionally, the hair wasn't cut even, it was not the same length on both sides of my head. I went back for a touch-up, but I didn't feel like it got any better. Besides that, I wasn't given a cape, so hair was just falling on me, which I thought was unprofessional.
Makeup good, could use a setting spray.
