I was at Glazed for the first time to get my nails done for my wedding with this clearly listed in the notes and was paired with a technician who was really sick. They coughed the whole time with no mask and used the same gloves to blow their nose as to put on my nails. Already I’m feeling sick now after spending in close contact with someone who has a cold for 2 hours, so that carelessness is now going to impact me on my wedding day. Really not ok and for the most expensive nail appointment I ever had this was a huge disservice. I sent an email as well detailing this but still no reply back from staff about resolving the situation in any way.

Wat een leuke meid zeg die mij had geholpen. Ik had eig voor 1 kleur gekozen maar toen ik daar eenmaal zat wou ik toch een Glaze 2. En dat was toch mogelijk!
Hele leuke gesprekken gevoerd, was meteen een klik en t voelde alsof ik er al een hele lange tijd kwam.
Ik kom sws terug xxx
