Golnaz, is zeer vriendelijk persoon, altijd een glimlach op haar gezicht. Ze behandeld je als persoon dan als klant. Ze is professioneel en kundig op haar vak gebied. Leg haar handelingen goed uit.
Kwaliteit staat bij haar op de voorgrond, de prijs wat ze vraagt mag van mij hoger.
