After 6 years living in The Netherlands finally I found profesionalist who really has the knowledge and skills. Besides that Chuen is very friendly and talkative person. I love my new haircut and I will come back in few weeks for sure.

The studio set up and stylist were both super nice - however, after explaining that I wanted to really lift my hair colour and agreeing on the approach, I left with my hair questionably lighter at it - it seemed to me something went wrong with the toning process. I explained my disappointment on the spot, but was told it’s because my hair is too dry and they couldn’t do it. It would have been nice for this to be explained before we started to avoid the time, money and disappointment.
