I had the nicest time with Rhian! she took really good care of me and gave me a great haircut, along with a head massage, good tips and a nice tea. I would highly recommend her, and I will definitely come back!

Rhian and Harry, her dog, were super nice and warm. I had a wine glass and the best hair cut ever! She is really nice and before cutting, she explained what could fit better for my hair type and I accepted to try one of hers techniques, new for me. I'm so happy, after the treatment and cut my hair is much nicer with a natural movement. Thank you Rhian and Harry :) You've made my day and replenished my energy with that scalp massage. I'm looking forward to come back!

My experience at Hair by The Balcony was wonderful - Rhian is so talented and kind! I have a *lot* of hair, and had been stressing about finding a salon in Amsterdam I could trust.. she eased my worry, took her time, and I left feeling incredibly refreshed and confident. Her set-up is clean and professional, and the balcony view is IG worth for sure! Thanks again Rhian, I had a lovely time.

Rhian is a master stylist. I recommend her especially for blonde color treatments, since mine turned out so beautifully. You'll be able to tell the difference in her care and technique over other stylists that don't have this skill and attention to detail. She most recently professionally styled hair in the heart of London for 11 years. Her tranquil in-home salon will leave you rejuvenated. Lucky to have her in Amsterdam now!
