Jenia is a great hairdresser and was very gentle and handled my hair with care. Always a bit anxious to go to the hairdresser as I had a few bad experience but not here! Would recommend :)

The first time the hairdresser just bleached highlights, and I wasn't happy at home because it was very unnatural blond. But after I contacted the shop they were very friendly and fixed it with a toner. Now it looks natural like I wanted. Thanks!

- Foils were left on too long.
- Color is okay. Sasha seemed skilled.
- I asked for a length between chin and shoulders, and said, "The shorter the better." But my hair is below my shoulders. In other words, I still need a haircut.
Worst thing: I expected to pay €190 and was charged €240. I don't have thick or very long hair, so that was a very big increase.
