Hayestan arrived a bit late-fine as I was enjoying the coffee they provided. She completed most of the cut, but sadly she did cut her finger while working on my hair and needed to step away to handle it. My hair was still wet and the fringe needed to be touched up. Hayestan did not return and instead had colleagues dry and finish the last cuts, informing me that she was not feeling well. I understand things happen but as a client, I do feel as if I missed out on the full quality &experience.
