I gave this massage as present to my daughter (24 years old). She was not satisfied. The massage began with 15 minutes late. Massage should have been1h15 long (Detox - 60 minutes + Kruidenstempel gezichtmassage - 15 min). She only had one Hour massage. There were obviously 15 minutes missing, at least. This also happened with my other daughter one day ago. Additioning to that, following my daughter, the massage today wasn't satisfying in itself. The masseuse didn't give a real massage, especially concerning the Kruidenstempel face massage. The masseuse apparently just put some cream and after was putting her hands in her hair without taking real care of the face. All together I bought 3 massages (also one for me personally tomorrow). I will have a word at the spa concerning these issues, in the hope to find a good compromise.
