I had a great experience from start to finish. The massage therapist was friendly and experienced. She listened to my requests. The spa was clean and smelled wonderful. I bought some products on my way out the door as well.

Ellen was a perfect master of massage. The atmosphere of House of Rituals was truly relaxing. I especially thank the stuff at cash-desk for giving nice presents after treatment. I'd love to go back to these place, but the main reason why I have serious doubts is that it's totally crazy thing to make a new appointment here. I had to wait for more than one month. And they cancelled my manicure appointment in a several days before the date. It was sad. You have to improve your appointment service.
